Happy Sunday to all! It is a glorious, beautiful morning in Kentucky and things are starting to warm up. There are always so many blessings surrounding each of us every day but I think in the summer months it is easier to both hear and see them. I think the blossoms that fall around us are the seeds that we as Christians are to sow in the world around us. The more thankful we are for all we have, the more seeds we have to sow and the easier we find it to sow them in the lost and fallen world in which we live.
Each morning when I wake up, I thank God for the life that He has blessed me with and that I am alive to enjoy another sunrise. I express my love and ask that He use me to glorify Him and my light brightly shine for all to see. Then I give thanks for the most precious earthly gift He has ever blessed me with, my husband Jackie who is in all aspects my other half. Today is his birthday and I have special cause to be thankful today because sixty-two years ago my best friend drew his first breath and began his journey in life which would ultimately lead him to me.
I thank God for blessings all day long and I never seem to run out of things to be thankful for. The more we thank God for all He has blessed us with the more naturally we will live in gratitude and the easier to sow the seeds and spread the love of Christ Jesus which lives within us.
Until we meet here again, I pray God bless and you and keep your loved ones safe.
