Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground venison
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal or 1/2 breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon mustard
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
Mix everything together except ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Put into loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven. Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar together in a small bowl. After 30 minutes baste the meatloaf with sauce and continue baking for another 30 minutes basting one more time.
May double the sauce recipe and serve as a condiment with the meatloaf.
