7-Can Soup

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 can kidney beans, (I like the ones in chili sauce)

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 can pinto beans

  • 1 can fiesta corn

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes

  • 1 can chili

  • 1 pound ground beef, chicken or turkey (optional)

  • 1 good size chunk of Velveta cheese


Directions: Brown and drain whichever meat you like in a large pot. Add the contents of all cans, undrained. Season however you like. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add a good size chunk of Velveta cheese. Turn heat off and allow the cheese to melt. Give a stir and you are ready to serve.
