Cafe Vienna

1/2 cup instant coffee, regular or decafe

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup nonfat dry milk

2/3 teaspoon cinnamon


Stir ingredients together.  Process in a blender until powdered.  Store in an air tight jar.

To make one cup, place 2 teaspoons of mix into a mug and add one cup hot water.  Stir until dissolved.  Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
