Honey Pecan Pie


3 large eggs

1/2 cup sugar

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup honey

1 1/2 cups chopped or whole pecans

1 unbaked pie crust


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.  Mix in all other ingredients.  Next, fold in pecans.  Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake 40-50 minutes, until filling is almost set.  You want the filling to jiggle a bit in the center.  

Cool completely before serving.
