Bakery Crumb Topping

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions: Mix together dry ingredients. Pour melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix together well. Mixture will form crumbs.

Sprinkle crumbs over the top of fruit pies or fruit filling of any type. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven or according to instructions on pie recipe, until golden brown.

Crumbs have many uses. May be used on tops of coffee cakes or muffins. Also good baked by themselves and sprinkled on yogurt or pudding.
