Cup at a Time Eggnog

8 ounces milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1-2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding


Heat milk in microwave until hot but not boiling. Stir in all ingredients except pudding adjusting spices up or down to suit taste. Stir in pudding until dissolved. Serve either warm or chill to serve cold.

When serving sprinkle top with additional cinnamon.
